When the credit crunch helps you to get back on your feet because your car is repossessed, and you get your investment bank balance sheet only to find, on the left side nothing is right and on the right side nothing is left…you’re in a real juggling act trying to balance the economic goblin sapping your confidence, draining your reserves, and leaving you out to dry.
Oooh, regardez to last week’s column in The Wall Street Journal that ran a story headlined, “Another Threat to Economy: Boomers Cutting Back,” I beg the reporter’s pardon! It’s a little naïve to single out one segment of society and suck him into this matrix as another escape goat. Here’s a bit of interesting High Tech News out of China: They may have found an environmentally friendly way to save money while easing congestion on city roads, Engadget reports.
Instead of spending millions to widen roads, the Shenzhen Huashi Future Parking Equipment company is developing a “3D Express Coach” (also called a “three-dimensional fast bus”) that will allow cars less than 2 meters high to travel underneath the upper level carrying passengers.
